A little about us
Owned and operated by German Master Baker and Pastry Chef, Uwe Theis (pronounced 0o-vuh Tys), and his wife Heather. Uwe, a veteran Master Baker and Pastry Chef, began baking professionally in 1986 in Münsterappel, Germany.
The foundation of their business is based upon Uwe’s 30 plus years of professional baking experience and the century old recipes he brought with him from Germany when he immigrated to the United States in 2006. Arriving with $663.10 and a suite case in hand, Uwe set out in search of a better life for he and his son, Martin, and like so many other immigrants before him, a chance to live the “American Dream”.
